Madeline Evergreen

began her career teaching group fitness at the age of 14 at a Studio TimeOut in Minneapolis, MN. She continued teaching group fitness, Pilates, and nutrition for the next 18 years while also assisting in running the business.

She grew up as a dancer and circus performer, and now enjoys acro yoga and ballroom dance for her artistic outlet. Madeline has dealt with health and digestive struggles ever since she was a baby. Her first words were “my knees hurt”.  She had severe health issues and terrible moods for her entire childhood. She stopped producing growth hormone at a young age and had to take injections to reach a normal height.

In her senior year of high school, Madeline made major diet changes for the first time and began to fix her own health. She dealt with SIBO, extreme foods sensitivities, anxiety, hormone problems, hair falling out, weight gain, and the list goes on.

On her pursuit to find health, Madeline became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) through Nutritional Therapy Association and worked with many clients with health struggles. She has taught numerous nutrition and cooking classes on topics such as digestion, blood sugar, ketogenic diets, detox, cravings, anxiety, bloating, and healthy cooking and even hosted a podcast called Project Keto. She couldn’t have been nearly as successful with her clients and classes if she hadn’t had her own experiences with her health problems.

Another aspect of Madeline's healing journey was Breathwork. Madeline discovered Breathwork with Linda Star Wolf (the founder of Shamanic Breathwork) and Brad Collins at the young age of 21. She was struggling deeply with health issues and negativity and didn’t know where else to turn. After attending multiple retreats and trainings at Isis Cove she completely transformed as a human being and became a certified breathwork facilitator.

Madeline hosts breathwork workshops and retreats through Studio TimeOut in Minneapolis. In her breathwork events, Madeline holds the participants accountable for doing their work. She is a firm believer in truth and honesty and is skilled at helping people find practical, real life ways to transform and change.

When you participate in a breathwork session with Madeline, you will feel supported and guided, but also encouraged to open up, be completely honest, and leave with a plan of action to transform into the person you truly are meant to be. The work is not usually fun or easy, but it is so needed in these times.

In 2022, Madeline began her study of Human Design and got her Level 1, 2 and 3 certifications with Jenna Zoe. Incorporating Human Design into her personal life and her practice with clients has been revolutionary in improving life and health issues. Consider a reading if you are still feeling stuck in your life. Madeline is the host of the wildly popular podcast, The Beginner’s Guide to Human Design.

Madeline continues to walk the walk every single day. Health and truth are her top priorities and she loves to share the knowledge with anyone who is ready to listen.
