Electrolyte Gummies

This recipe is perfect, protein packed snack for anyone who craves sweets. Kids love it too.
Ingredients
1 cup lemon juice
3 cups boiling water
6 droppersful NuNaturals Liquid Stevia
2 packets LMNT Electrolytes (I love Orange, Raspberry, and Mango Chili in this recipe)
2/3 cup grass-fed gelatin powder
Instructions
Place all ingredients except gelatin in a Vitamix, blender, or mixing bowl.
Slowly add the gelatin while blending on a slow speed. Or if mixing by hand, whisk the gelatin while you add it extremely slowly to avoid clumps.
Pour into a large, glass storage container or into silicone molds.
Place in the refrigerator and allow to cool for a few hours.
Cut into squares, or pop out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Special tips
Increase or decrease the stevia depending on your sweetness preferences. You can taste the mixture before you refrigerate it⦠although it does slightly change taste after it cools.
Make sure you blend in the gelatin slowly, or else it will clump.
