Electrolyte Gummies

Sugar Free, Low Carb. Keto and Diabetic Friendly.

This recipe is perfect, protein packed snack for anyone who craves sweets. Kids love it too.

Ingredients

1 cup lemon juice

3 cups boiling water

6 droppersful NuNaturals Liquid Stevia

2 packets LMNT Electrolytes (I love Orange, Raspberry, and Mango Chili in this recipe)

2/3 cup grass-fed gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except gelatin in a Vitamix, blender, or mixing bowl.

  2. Slowly add the gelatin while blending on a slow speed. Or if mixing by hand, whisk the gelatin while you add it extremely slowly to avoid clumps.

  3. Pour into a large, glass storage container or into silicone molds.

  4. Place in the refrigerator and allow to cool for a few hours.

  5. Cut into squares, or pop out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Special tips

  • Increase or decrease the stevia depending on your sweetness preferences. You can taste the mixture before you refrigerate it… although it does slightly change taste after it cools.

  • Make sure you blend in the gelatin slowly, or else it will clump.

  • Try mixing flavors of LMNT to change it up!
