Season 2, Episode 3- Fast, Convenient Dinner Ideas
Tune in to learn how to make a quick, easy dinner in 10 minutes. This is the perfect episode if you are busy and don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen each day.
I hear this from people all the time… “I can’t eat healthy because I don’t have time to cook all day”. Or this “Keto recipes are so complicated and take so many ingredients that I’ve never heard of”. Or this “Ever since starting keto, I spend hours in the kitchen and have way more dishes to clean up!”
It doesn’t have to be like this! It is rare that I spend more than 15 minutes preparing a meal… and I NEVER spend the whole afternoon doing meal prep for the week.
How do I do it?? Tune in to find out. I’ll guide you through how to cook a beef, lamb or pork roast, ribs, or a whole frozen chicken in an instant pot or crock pot. Or quickly prepare ground beef on the stove in minutes. Get ideas on how to steam or saute veggies in 10 minutes or less. You could even make a delicious protein shake for dinner.
