In this episode you will learn 3 special tips for eating healthy on the airplane. You don’t have to start out your trip feeling terrible or spending way too much on food you don’t even want.

  1. Make a travel salad. Tune in to hear how to make this salad perfect for travel.

  2. Fasting. If you feel great while fasting, then just don’t eat on your travel days! Bring some exogenous ketones incase you need them.
