One of the biggest challenges people face when trying to get healthy is how to stay on track during holidays, parties, and social situations.

I spent the 4th of July with family and have a few lessons to share about socializing while on a carnivore diet (or any diet!) During my weekend at the cabin, I stayed carnivore the whole time. I brought my own food, and cooked all my own meals.

Yes, I dealt with a lot of questions and comments about my food choices. In this episode I give you some tips on how to address the attention when you are eating differently than the rest of the group.

Later in Season 5, I’ll be doing a Q&A episode. Now is the time to submit your questions. You can send me a message on Instagram, or submit a question here.
