Season 5, Episode 7- Carnivore Dogma

Here is the burner and one pan we used everyday to cook meat or heat up water for coffee on our trip.

Are you buying into all the dogma?

Lately I’ve been seeing a trend of arguments and judgement on social media in the carnivore community. I see a lot of extreme opinions around organ meats, grass-fed vs. conventional meat, staying on carnivore forever, hatred of supplements, and judgment on people who choose to reintroduce plant foods.

In this episode I help you learn how to see through the dogma and take charge of your own body. You need to be the boss of your life and stop allowing others to tell you exactly what is right for you. This applies to diet, politics, finances, relationships, etc…

If you find it difficult to know what to believe and you truly need help with your health, then yes! It is challenging to know who is right and wrong. The truth is everyone is different and there is never going to be a one size fits all diet. You must do your own research, listen to your intuition, learn from a variety of experts, and pay attention to what works for you and what doesn’t.

Later in Season 5, I’ll be doing a Q&A episode. Now is the time to submit your questions. You can send me a message on Instagram, or submit a question here.
