Today I share exactly what I ate and drank on my carnivore road trip.

Some days we drove for 12 hours, some days we played at the beach or went hiking, and other days we were attending a Cellcore Biosciences health conference. In this episode I’ll break down my morning routines to prepare for each day and I’ll share how we managed to eat carnivore for this entire trip.
