Pork belly is the perfect food for travel. Good at room temp, high fat = satiating, and super tasty.

I drove 3,000 miles and ate carnivore the whole time.

Believe it or not, I actually cooked all our meals in the hotel room… except for one lunch at a seafood restaurant that was a big mistake. I’ll tell you all about it in the episode.

Some days we were driving for 12 hours, other days we hiked or played at the beach, and some days we were in a big hotel ballroom room attending a Cellcore Biosciences conference for continuing education.

In part 1 I share all the supplies and food I brought on this trip. You’ll hear a whole list of all the tools we used to cook in the hotel room, and what kind of food we packed and purchased at the grocery store.

Stay tuned for part 2 where I share what we ate on long driving days, beach days, and conference days.

Later in Season 5, I’ll be doing a Q&A episode. Now is the time to submit your questions. You can send me a message on Instagram, or submit a question here.
